Harbor Occupational Center is committed to creating an equitable education that promotes the achievement of personal, academic, and career goals by offering courses with the highest quality of instruction in Adult Secondary and Basic Education, English as a Second Language, and Career Technical Education to a diverse community of learners, while empowering them to succeed in an ever-changing technological society.
